30 DAY RETURN WINDOW 

You (the customer) has 30 days in which to return the order back to us. Unfortunately, if the item being returned is outside the 30 day window; You (the customer) are responsible for shipping the product back to us; upon which You (the customer will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee (PER PAIR) that's being returned.

You (the customer) is charged $10.00 (PER PAIR) if they are returning 3 or more pairs at a given time.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

 

US (DOMESTIC) RETURNS

*Please Note* - The system will fail to generate a return label if the order is outside of the 30 day return window.

 

WORLDWIDE (INTL.) RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not have any service in place at this time. You (the customer) will be solely responsible to return the product back to us at your own expense using any service of your choosing. However, you will not be refunded the initial $30.00 shipping charge (or otherwise).

OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received and simultaneously notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund or Exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, the correct pair will be shipped out to the address that the earlier order was shipped to or if noted otherwise.

*Please Note* - It is our request that you add a small note into the package when shipping in it back to us stating it is a refund or exchange so as to make it easier for our fulfillment personnel to make the correct exchange or refund.

*Please Note* - All refunds/reimbursements are made through PayPal and can take anywhere between 5 to 7 days to reflect in the customers bank statement.
